About Me

Mary Jane is a practitioner, trainer and consultant in disciplines, which combined, take an holistic and integrated approach to the overall wellbeing, health and personal achievement of the individual.

Qualified in linked fields, her training started in the 1990s studying education from an experiential, outdoor perspective, looking at the influence of environment and associated outdoor activities on the growth of the individual, both solo and in a group. With a keen interest in the holistic development of people, this was followed by life-style coaching (for adults and young people), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and now, Nutritional Therapy. Mary Jane is a registered member of organisations such as the British Complementary Medicine Association and Association of Energy Therapists.

Mary Jane’s interest in complementary medicine, health and well-being started in her late teens, gradually becoming a bigger part of her life. As a result, her focus has graduated from the field of outdoor education to start her own business in coaching and development, which has paved the way to becoming a practitioner of complementary disciplines as well.

Mary Jane’s work revolves around achieving and maintaining the best in each and every individual she works with in mind and body. In particular, she focuses on supporting her clients to achieve their goals in health, well being and personal attainment.
